Refund policy

Return Policy  

If you would like to return an item please email us at imwerwanda@gmail.com before sending your product back. 

  • All items may be returned as long as it is within 14 days of the purchase. 
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.  
  • Customer must provide return shipping
  • Items must be unused and undamaged in order to receive a full credit refund. In the event that an item was damaged upon receival please take a picture and immediately email us for further instructions. 
  • We are not responsible for items we do not receive.  
  • Once your return has been received, it will be inspected and you will be contacted with further instructions on how to receive your refund.  
  • All refunds will be made in the form of original payment. 
  • Actual refund amount is subject to item discounts, tax and item condition 
  • We offer exchange services. If you would like to exchange your item please refer to the exchange policy. 
  • In the event an item is damaged during shipment, please contact the carrier with your tracking number. 
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with the policies stated above.

  • In the event you would like to return your purchase in exchange for another item please email us with the details and we will contact you with further instructions. 
  • If the value of the item you purchased is less than the value of the item you are exchanging it for then we will contact you with instructions on how to pay us the difference. If the value of the item you purchased is more than the value of the item that you are exchanging it for then we will contact you with instructions on how we will issue you your refund. 
  • All refunds will be made in the form of original payment.
